Do we need a detailed specification before contacting you?

No. Many projects start with a problem rather than a plan. Understanding that problem is the first step of our process — then we recommend the simplest system that solves it.

How is a project priced?

By scope. After a short discovery conversation you receive a proposal with the approach, scope and price, so you can decide before any work begins.

Can you work with the tools we already use?

Usually, yes. Connecting existing tools through their APIs is a core part of our automation and integration work, so you rarely need to replace what already works.
